There are forty exercises and five basic exercise styles in this journal. Each type of exercise utilizes a different learning process and is designed to re-connect you to your individual healing methods and resources.  

Collage:  Collage exercises provide the opportunity to use your visual and artistic abilities.  Collage is a creative way to connect to your intuition.

List:  List making exercises are easy and relatively quick. They allow you to discover clear and specific information. 

Artistic expression:  Artistic journal exercises provide you with the opportunity to freely express your creativity using felt pens or crayons.  You will express your feelings and ideas using drawing and painting as well as words.

Inner teacher:  The inner teacher exercises provide the experience of free writing.  From a deeply intuitive state and with out censoring or editing, you will write answers to specific questions.  It’s a very powerful tool to learn how to ask yourself the questions you most want answered and value your ability to have the appropriate answer.

Basic writing exercise:  The basic journal writing exercises provide the opportunity to write from your heart and express your personal truth.
